Shipping Policy:

Vimayam Dhotis offers free delivery of all our products to customers throughout India. 

We do not offer any guaranteed delivery method. If the ordered item is ready in stock, we will dispatch the item on the same day or the next day. In case the order item is not available, the preparation time will take 3 to 7 working day after that, we will dispatch the item. 

We humbly request you to not place any order by mentioning a specific timeline or guaranteed delivery.

COD Shipment:

All COD orders will be dispatched through EKART Logistics. If the service is unavailable in EKART, we will use Delhivery, DTDC, or Xpressbees. We do not ship with any other carrier other than the above shipping partners. 

  1.  Do not accept the package in case any visual tapes or the package is found torn. Please inform the same to WhatsApp number 9363518480 along with the order ID.
  2. All the shipments are booked for direct door-to-door delivery. Any deviation, the customer immediately inform the same to whatsapp Number 9363518480 along with order ID
  3. If any courier person is providing a false statement that there is no service or the package is lost, kindly inform the same to WhatsApp number 9363518480 along with the order ID.
  4. Do not share any OTP until you receive the package in your hand. The OTP is valid for shipment delivered without any damage. If any OTP is shared before getting the package, we are not responsible for the package and will not provide any reimbursement, exchange, or return.

Prepaid Shipment:

All the prepaid shipments are shipped through the professional couriers DTDC, Xpressbees, E-Kart, and Delhivery other than that, we are not using any other courier services except India Post. 

Most of the packages are delivered to the customer’s door-to-door delivery. In some cases, the customer needs to collect from the courier office.

Cancellation Policy:

An order can be cancelled by contacting us through WhatsApp at +91 9363518480 by providing order details with the cancellation reason. We will accept the cancellation only under the following scenarios.

  • The order was placed by mistake, and you want to change the item, shipping address, and mobile number before shipping.

An order can not be cancelled due to the following scenarios:

  • The order has been shipped. 
  • Made-to-Order Products.

Vimayam Dhoties will cancel the order under the following scenarios:

  • The product is no longer available.
  • Non-Serviceable Locations
  • Restriction on the Quantity Ordered
  • Incomplete or Inaccurate address
  • Identified fraudulent scenarios
  • Other business reasons based on Vimayam Dhoti’s Discretion

Return Policy

Return Eligibility :

    • All our products are nonreturnable items. 

    • We are accepting only replacement at nominal cost.

Return Acceptance :

Return of purchased goods can be permitted only under the following circumstances:

    • The item is physically damaged

    • The item is defective and cannot be repaired

    • Wrong item delivered

    • Wrong color/size—item delivered

    • Wrong quantity

    • Missing parts/accessories

Return Attachment & Packing:

    • Items are to be returned with all accessories and original/secure packaging. Careful attention is to be given to the packing of the product to avoid damage during transit.

    • The invoice and all the tags/labels should be kept inside the return package.

    • Items that are returned without original packaging/accessories will not be accepted.

Return Pickup :

    • Returning materials to our store is the customer’s responsibility. 
    • The cost of the return shipping belongs to the customer. 

Return Procedure :

    • After receiving the item(s) from the customer, we initiate replacement within 7 business days. 

    • Sending a replacement depends on the availability of the product. If there is non-availability of a replacement product, then we will refund the entire amount.

    • In the rare event of the replacement item(s) being defective/damaged or not as described on the product page, a full refund will be provided by us after we receive the product.

    • Upon receiving the returned items, a quality inspection would be performed over the product. If the quality inspection failed, the product will be sent to the customer, and no refund will be provided.

    • Once your replacement has been approved by our team, we will send the replacement to the same address.

    • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping and forward shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.

    • For all prepaid orders, the refund amount will be credited to the same account from which payment was made.

    • You may check with the respective bank/issuer on how a cancellation, refund, or pre-closure could affect the EMI terms and what interest charges would be levied on you for the same.
