Vimayam Dhotis offers free delivery of all our products to customers throughout India. As our Partners with only the most reputed courier companies. All orders placed will be dispatched within 3 Business days subject to availability of stock.

Standard shipping ensures that the product will be delivered within 3-5 business days to metro cities and within 6- 12 days for smaller towns and other locations.

Cancellation Policy :

An order can be cancelled by contacting our Customer Care team through Contact US page by selecting the “Cancellation” option displayed in the ‘Message Subject’. Enter the order number and other necessary information related to the order in the space (Message) provided and send it to us. We will look at it immediately and get back to you.

    • We look for every possible means to accommodate your cancellation request. Unfortunately, an order cannot be cancelled once it has been processed.

    • Vimayam Dhotis will cancel orders under following scenarios:

    • Product is no longer available or temporarily out of stock

    • Non-serviceable locations

    • Restriction on the quantity ordered

    • Incomplete or inaccurate address

    • Identified fraudulent scenarios

    • Other business reasons based on Vimayam Dhoti’s discretion

Return Policy :

Return Eligibility :

    • Your received product(s) must be unused and in the same condition as received

    • Return request must be reported to us within 12 hours from delivery of the order

Return Acceptance :

Return of purchased goods can be permitted only under the following circumstances :

    • Item is physically damaged

    • Item is defective and cannot be repaired

    • Wrong item delivered

    • Wrong color / sized – item delivered

    • Wrong quantity

    • Missing parts / accessories

Return Attachment & Packing :

    • Items are to be returned with all accessories and original/secure packaging. Careful attention is to be given with the packing of the product to avoid damage during transit.

    • Invoice and all the tags/labels should be kept inside the return package.

    • Items which are returned without original packaging / accessories will not be accepted.
    • In case the COD Order is rejected while attempt deliver we will mark your location, number and address as a default COD Rejecter in all the shipping panel Dashboard. Henceforth whenever you place any COD order shipping panel shows that Higher RTO Risk to your address. 

Return Pickup :

    • Returning Materials to our store is customer responsibility. 
    • Cost of the return shipping belongs to customer 

Return Procedure :

    • After receiving the item(s) from Customer, we initiate replacement within 7 business days 

    • Sending a replacement depends on the availability of the product. If there is non-availability of a replacement product then we will refund the entire amount.

    • In a rare event of the replacement item(s) being defective/damaged or not as described on the product page, a full refund will be provided by us after we receive the product.

    • Upon receiving the returned items, a Quality Inspection would be performed over the product. If Quality inspection failed, the product will be sent to the customer and no refund will be provided.

    • Once your refund has been approved by our team, we will settle the refund amount instantly to your original Payment Method.

    • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping and forward shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.

    • For all prepaid orders, the refund amount will be credited to the same account from where payment was made.

    • You may check with the respective bank/issuer on how a cancellation, refund or pre-closure could affect the EMI terms, and what interest charges would be levied on you for the same.
